All clothing orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) following order confirmation and payment clearance.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries across destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): Typically takes 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch, depending on the destination city.
• Express Handling: Where available, expedited dispatch options can be selected during checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing your tracking details and tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey.

4. Shipping Delays & Discrepancies

While we make every effort to adhere to our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, logistical bottlenecks, or local restrictions may occasionally cause delays. PAVL is not directly responsible for carrier-induced delays, but we will gladly assist you in tracking down any delayed shipments.
